3.         SITE WORK -- New construction Site Work (e.g. water, sewer, storm drainage, etc., outside      
            the building) with a plumbing contract price of $1 million or less can be performed at a ratio of 1
            journeyman to 1 apprentice up to a total of 4 men, then the new construction ratio starting        
            with the fifth man.  All site work on such jobs can be performed on a 40-hour week at the
            Employer's option.

4.         APPRENTICES -- JAC will change how and when apprentices get upgraded/raises.  In order to
            move up a grade, apprentices will have to complete 800 work hours in a 6-month period.  In     
            addition, apprentices who "fail to notify" their employers that they will be unable to attend work will
            also not receive an upgrade.  JAC to develop procedures.

5.         PUBLIC WORKS -- Public works jobs, where the plumbing contract price is $1.5 million or less,
            can be performed on a 40-hour week at the Employer's option.

6.         SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL RATES -- The ability to use the provisions of Paragraph 31 (differential  
            rates rather than overtime on public works jobs where the contract documents specify shift work)
            will apply when the plumbing contract price is $8 million or less.  This provision applies to jobs bid
            or re-bid on or after July 23, 2007.

7.         ASB $1.00 JOURNEYMAN OVERTIME -- When overtime is worked the $1.00 in ASB shall be    
            paid at double-time rather than straight time.            

8.         U.A. NATIONAL RESIDENTIAL AGREEMENT - SCHEDULES A AND B -- There are continuing
            discussions to amend the schedules in order to make signatory contractors more    competitive.
