Shown below are brief comments, which describe the proposed new provisions for a new Primary "A" Division Collective Bargaining Agreement with Plumbers Local Union #1.

1.	DURATION  OF AGREEMENT --
	Effective date July 1, 2007 - Termination date June 30, 2010.
2.	WAGES --
	Journeymen (Paragraph 7) --
	Total Package of $10.50 over three (3) years.
	DATES PACKAGE INCREASES   July 1, 2007*  $1.50   January 1, 2008* $1.50   July 1, 2008*   $1.50   January 1, 2009*   $1.75   July 1, 2009* $2.00   January 1, 2010*        $2.25
	*Breakdown of Wages and Fringe Benefits for future package increases are unavailable as of this date.
