| RE: | PLUMBERS LOCAL UNION #1 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT AND SERVICE DIVISION RE-ALLOCATION TO JOURNEYMEN AND HELPERS WAGE RATES, FRINGE BENEFITS AND OTHER PROVISIONS EFFECTIVE SUNDAY, JANUARY 1, 2006 |
| Dear Sir: Effective Sunday, January 1, 2006, pursuant to an agreement between the Association of Contracting Plumbers of the City of New York, Inc. and Plumbers Local Union #1, the Fringe Benefits contributions per hour (column 3) designated to the Vacation & Holiday Fund (.46¢ - Journeymen / .22¢ - Helpers) shall be re-allocated to the National Pension Fund Per Hour (column 4). This re-allocation also reduces the Employers F.I.C.A. payment (.04¢ - Journeymen / .02¢- Helpers) per hour (column 3). IN ADDITION, the Fringe Benefits contributions designated to the Additional Security Benefits Fund (column 3) for Journeymen and Helpers shall be re-allocated as increases to -- |
| JOURNEYMEN | Addition to Wages Per Hour (column 1). It shall be taxed and deducted from wages, and sent to the newly structured Additional Security Benefits Fund. (All overtime on this amount will be at straight time.) | HELPERS |
