| Effective Saturday, October 1, 2005 there shall be a wage rate increase of twenty-nine cents (.29¢) per hour (column 1) and a fringe benefits (Vacation & Holiday Fund) increase of forty-six cents (.46¢) per hour (column 3), which is a package increase of seventy-five cents (.75¢) per our (column 5) for Journeymen employed in the Mechanical Equipment and Service Division. In addition, there shall be a F.I.C.A. payment increase of other provisions follows: |

| UNION ASSESSMENT CHECK-OFF– 3% of Gross Wages paid to employees in the Mechanical Equipment and Service Division shall be deducted from weekly gross wages. Plus five cents (.05¢) per hour for the Political Action Committee Fund. EXPENSE ALLOWANCE FOR PERSONAL SAFETY ITEMS– Twenty-eight cents (.28¢) per hour shall be paid to employees in the Mechanical Equipment and Service Division for each hour worked (work hour), as an expense allowance to provide the funds for his/her personal safety and health related items. Since this is an expense allowance it should be paid separate from wages and it should be paid on the same day and at the same time as wages. OVERTIME– For all work required after the completion of regular or shift work, or on any Sunday, Holiday or when an employee is called out of his/her house the Overtime Rate for Wages will be Time and One-Half (1½). All Fringe Benefits and Contributions on overtime work will be at Straight Time. *INDUSTRY ORGANIZING FUND– Ten cents (.10¢) per pay hour shall be dedicated to an Industry Organizing Fund to advance the interests of the Industry. PLEASE NOTE: The five cents (.05¢) per hour contribution to the International Training Fund will be collected on the same form as the National Pension Fund. Effective January 1, 2006, the Vacation & Holiday Fund increase of forty-six cents (.46¢) per hour will be re-allocated to the National Pension Fund. In addition, the F.I.C.A. payment will be reduced by four cents (.04¢). |
