EFFECTIVE:Sunday, January 1, 2006

Dear Sir:
Attached is a copy of our LABORGRAM which describes the Package Increase of one dollar thirty-five cents ($1.35) per hour to wage rates, fringe benefits and other provisions for Journeymen and Foremen in the Primary "A" Division of Plumbers Local Union #1 Effective Sunday, January 1, 2006.

IN ADDITION to the package increase, the contributions designated to the Additional Security Benefits Fund of $4.00 Per Hour (column 6) and the Additional Security Benefits Fund of $6.00 (.86¢ per hour) Per Day (column 7) shall be "re-allocated" as increases to --
$1.00
Addition to Wages Per Hour (column 1). The $1.00 shall be taxed and deducted from wages, and sent to the newly structured Additional Security Benefits Fund. (All overtime on this $1.00 will be paid at straight time)

Addition to the Fringe Benefits Per Hour (column 3).($1.30 - Welfare Fund and .50¢ - 401(k) Employer Contribution)

Addition to the Holiday and Vacation Fund Per Hour (column 4).($1.86 - Holiday & Vacation Fund and .14¢ - Holiday & Vacation Fund F.I.C.A. payment)

To be retained by the Employer to help offset the increased F.I.C.A. payment on the additional $1.00 in wages.
