Dear Member:

Nontraditional Employment for Women ("NEW") is an organization that provides pre apprenticeship and other job training for women seeking to enter the construction trades.  Hundreds of construction trades apprentices have been supplied by NEW.

Please be advised that the women who receive NEW training are also available to be hired, by you, as Helpers in our "MES" Division.  While they generally do not have plumbing experience, they are an eager available workforce and, pursuant to our "MES" Agreement, they can work for you for 30 days on a temporary membership card, until you decide whether to sponsor them into the Union.

Members interested in hiring Helpers candidates through NEW should contact --

ANNE RASCON
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
NONTRADITIONAL EMPLOYMENT FOR WOMEN
212-627-6252

Should you have any questions, please call.

Kind regards.
