June 28, 2007 TO: ALL MEMBERS AND PROMOTION FUND CONTRIBUTORS RE: SUMMARY OF NEW PROVISIONS FOR A NEW PRIMARY "A" DIVISION COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT WITH PLUMBERS UNION LOCAL #1 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- EFFECTIVE DATE OF JULY 1, 2007 - TERMINATION DATE OF JUNE 30, 2010 * * * * * * Dear Association Member and Promotion Fund Contributor: The Association of Contracting Plumbers of the City of New York, Inc., and Plumbers Local Union #1 have agreed upon a new Primary "A" Division Collective Bargaining Agreement, which includes a wage and fringe benefits package increase of ten dollars and fifty cents ($10.50) for a three (3) year Agreement, with an Effective Date of July 1, 2007 and a Termination Date of June 30, 2010. In order to highlight the changes in the new Primary ÒAÓ Division Collective Bargaining Agreement, on the attached sheets are brief comments, which describe the new provisions for a new Primary "A" Division Collective Bargaining Agreement with Plumbers Local Union #1.
